1. Acceptance

By installing or using LiveOn ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

2. What LiveOn is

LiveOn is a satirical, private simulation of social media live streams. It does not broadcast to the internet, does not connect to any real streaming platform, and the "viewers", "comments", and "hearts" are fictional and generated on-device for entertainment.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use LiveOn to deceive, harass, defraud, or impersonate others in real-world contexts. Using a fake livestream UI to mislead a third party is on you, not us. Don't be that person.

4. Intellectual property

LiveOn, its name, logos, and visual identity belong to us. The App is licensed, not sold. Any media you capture using the App belongs to you.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
